IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MAKER’S MARK & BEECHWORTH HONEY
Ingredients
2 parts Maker’s Mark® Bourbon
3/4 part honey syrup*
3/4 part fresh squeezed lemon juice
Lemon wedge for garnish
*FOR THE HONEY SYRUP
2 parts honey
1 part hot water
Method
Step 1. Add Maker’s Mark® Bourbon, lemon juice and honey syrup to an ice-filled shaker.
Step 2. Give it a good shake.
Step 3. Strain over ice into rocks glass.
Step 4. Garnish with lemon wedge.
This drink is dirty, it is filthy, it tastes of the sea and is served on the rocks in a short glass and this is just how I like it! Make your martini your way, this is how I like my Filthy Martini.
