APPLE GINGER WHISKY SOUR
A whisky a day keeps the Dr away. Try my Apple Ginger Whisky Sour.
60ml whisky
90ml apple ginger mix (see below)
Juice 1/2 lemon
Cinnamon quill, to garnish
Orange peel, to garnish
Lemon peel, to garnish
Apple Ginger Concoction 🍏 🫚
1 cup apple juice
1 bottle Bundaberg Ginger Beer
1 stick cinnamon
2 cloves
2 pepper corns
Place in a small saucepan and simmer gently over low heat for 5mins. Strain and chill ready to serve.
Step 1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker and pour over whisky, apple ginger mix and lemon juice. Shake well. Strain over ice into a short glass and garnish with cinnamon, orange and lemon peel.
