CARAJILLO
I know people love a Espresso Martini and lets be honest, that can get a little boring, so here is another coffee cocktail that I think you will love - The Carajillo. Three ingredients, one very flavourful cocktail!
60ml Licor 43
30ml Espresso Shot
Cinnamon quill
Ice
Step 1. Pour Licor 43 and Fresh Espresso (hot, room temp, or cold brew) into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until frothy and well-chilled.
Step 2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a few gratings of cinnamon quill.
