Hayden Quinn Tequila Negrino (Rosita / Tegroni) Cocktail Recipe

Some call it the Rosita, others, the Teqroni, this is my Tequila Negroni.
Classically made with only three ingredients, this cocktail is perfect for any season…

Makes two drinks

60ml Reposado Tequila
60ml Campari
60ml Vermouth
1/8th Bar Spoon Anchovy Salt*

Ice, to serve
Orange segment, to garnish

Step 1. Add ice to a cocktail mixing glass. Pour over alcohols and add the anchovy salt. Stir well with a bar spoon. Strain over ice in a short glass and garnish with an orange segment. Enjoy

Notes:
* Anchovy salt is optional, if you have some made up you could add a little saline solution.
