HONEY BUTTER SEA SALT RITZ

The simplicity of this isn’t lost on me, but gosh it works! The rich, golden-baked, buttery flavour, delicate flakey layers, perfectly balanced salty finish of the Ritz and this whipped honey butter is the perfect dipper!

1 pkt Ritz Original Minis
125g unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla powder (or use your vanilla flavouring of choice)
2 tbs honey

Honey & sea salt, to finish

Step 1. Drop butter, vanilla and honey into a stand mixer with whisk attachment and whip butter until creamy, light and fluffy.

Step 2. Add to a small serving dish and drizzle with honey, sprinkle with sea salt flakes and serve with Ritz Minis.
