SPICY JALAPENO, GARLIC & PARSLEY DIP
My wife and I love this dip from Fresh & Fodder so much I had to try and make it for myself and make it in BULK! The recipe is really straight forward and I think I got pretty close to the one from the tub, I think the tip for this dip recipe is to make it ahead of time and let it sit and develop the flavours overnight!
1/2 jar pickled Jalapenos, finely chopped
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
1/2 small white onion
1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
1 lemon, zested
1/2 cup natural / Greek yoghurt
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
Step 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, and it is done! For best results, make ahead of time to allow the flavours to mingle and the dip to thicken.
