I made Yaksik (약식) for my friend Jiny Maeng. It is a traditional Korean dessert using dried fruits and glutenous sticky rice! Very sweet, very delicious and surprisingly it has quite a few savoury elements in it too. I got the recipe from Maangchi and you can find her Yaksik recipe here..
Jiny even loved it so much she had to take some home for her mum (who thought she has bought it from a Korean shop it was that good!!)
