Anna’s 5 tips for tasting wine:
Don’t over pour - “Dont fill the glass up to the brim! That’s rule number one. That’s not cool! (laughs)”
Swirl - “Pick it up (your glass) and swirl it, not too much ‘cause you don’t want it coming out and splashing your date!”
Give it a smell.
Slurp it - “it’s all about getting the air in, lifting the aromatics…”
Enjoy! - ‘…then you can fill the glass right up!”
