MAKES: enough to share with a couple of people...
WHAT'S IN IT?
10 fresh green king prawns, head and tail on, shell removed
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tbs chili flakes
1/2 tbs grape seed oil
Spiced yoghurt, to serve.
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:
To a bowl, add your prawns along with crushed garlic and chili flakes. Pour over grape seed oil to lightly coat.
Cook over coals (or your BBQ) turning frequently until just done (3-4mins).
Serve with spiced yoghurt (simply add a little crushed garlic and a pinch of paprika).
