I am super excited to be sharing this with you guys and girls first! The early and surprise realease of my first eBook; Hayden Cooks Summer
This is the first instalment of my three part eBook, and it tells the story of my favorite summer dishes – where they have come from and why they are special to me, they are all simple to create and have fresh, punchy and summery flavours – to go with any outdoor entertaining you may be doing while the sun is shining.
These recipes like most of my meals are best shared with friends, so get together this summer, do some cooking and share some stories.
Below is a sneak peak at one of the recipes included in my 20 recipe eBook, covering everthing from small dishes, to larger sharing plates and of course everyones favorite summer desserts.

You are to be congratulated on your your fantastic achievements – would make any mother very very proud! Im trying to get my 15 yr old to cook- we are all huge foodies in our house and have followed you since Masterchef!
Tried your link to iTunes but NZ iTunes stores doesn’t not have your lovely ebook. Not sure why this is- very disappointed can’t get hold of it!
It looks lovely though- will it ever be published as a proper book Hayden ,for those of us that can’t access it?
